Client Overview
Kent Engineering is a well-established and financially robust engineering firm with a strong presence in the industry. This project involved the interior fit-out of their office located in Vikhroli, Mumbai, covering approximately 40,000 square feet. The project was executed as a General Contracting assignment, with Eleganz selected as the GC partner through a structured RFP process managed by CBRE. The objective was to develop a functional and visually distinctive workspace aligned with the client’s operational and corporate requirements.
Problem Statement
The project required precise execution in alignment with the design intent provided by the client and their appointed architect. The execution schedule was structured to align with building operational protocols, requiring careful planning and efficient sequencing of activities to ensure timely progress. The objective was to deliver a high-quality workspace while maintaining coordination across all stakeholders and ensuring seamless implementation of design elements within the defined timeline.
Design Approach
The design approach focused on creating a professional and visually engaging workspace that reflected the client’s corporate identity. Carefully selected color panels were integrated throughout the office to create a distinctive and vibrant environment while maintaining a balanced and refined aesthetic. The design elements were implemented with attention to detail, ensuring consistency with the overall design language and enhancing the workplace atmosphere.
Execution
