Client Overview
Synopsys, Inc. is an American multinational electronic design automation company headquartered in Sunnyvale, California, specializing in silicon chip design, verification, and advanced electronic systems. This project involved the Civil and Interior build-out of their office located on the 14th floor of Eleven West, Pune, covering approximately 24,000 square feet. The objective was to create a well-planned, modern workspace that supported productivity, reflected the client’s global brand standards, and provided a balanced environment combining functionality and refined aesthetics.
Problem Statement
The project required efficient execution within a defined timeline while ensuring alignment with the client’s design vision and operational requirements. The scope involved integration of multiple finishes, specialized design elements, and coordination with architects and consultants to maintain consistency with the design intent. The execution environment required structured planning to ensure smooth workflow, efficient material management, and uninterrupted progress across all phases. The overall objective was to deliver a high-quality workspace that aligned with the client’s expectations in terms of performance, aesthetics, and functionality.
Design Approach

Acoustic performance was a key priority, achieved through the use of Danoline acoustic ceilings in smaller tile formats, enhancing sound absorption while maintaining visual consistency. Custom-designed curved phone booths were integrated into the workspace to provide private areas for focused work and communication, while also serving as distinctive architectural features. Metal box elements were strategically incorporated as subtle design accents, adding depth and character while preserving the overall design balance.
Execution
The project was executed through structured planning, coordinated scheduling, and efficient management of materials and site activities. Regular design reviews and coordinated communication ensured accurate implementation of design elements and finishes. Careful sequencing of activities and efficient material planning supported smooth execution across all areas of the workspace.
